Sprites in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3 are one of the game’s most unique and important mechanics. These small companions provide powerful passive abilities that can help players throughout a match. There are currently 10 Sprites available this season, and while each has its own strengths, some are clearly more valuable than others.

Note: This list is subjective and based on the writer’s opinion.

There are 10 Sprites in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3:

  • Earth Sprite
  • Fire Sprite
  • Water Sprite
  • Duck Sprite
  • Ghost Sprite
  • Demon Sprite
  • King Sprite
  • Dream Sprite
  • Punk Sprite

While every Sprite can be useful under the right circumstances, these five Sprites offer the best benefits:

The Fire creature is one of the best offensive Sprites in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3. Its ability creates a fiery burst whenever you deal enough damage to an enemy, making it especially useful in close-range combat where damage is exchanged quickly. Since competitive matches often revolve around shotguns, this extra source of damage can make a huge difference.

The Demon Sprite is arguably one of the strongest choices for players who consistently get eliminations. Whenever you eliminate an opponent, the Sprite gives health and shields back to you, just like the siphon mechanic in older seasons. In duos or squads, this can be very valuable as it allows you to push constantly.

Late-game storm circles often end up in chaotic fights happening one after another. Having free health and shield restoration in such situations can completely change the outcome.

The Ghost Sprite might sound simple on paper, but it can be surprisingly powerful in certain situations. This creature grants a cloaking effect whenever you reload a weapon. Reloading is usually a vulnerable moment, as opponents know you can’t fire back immediately, and the cloaking effect helps reduce that risk by making you significantly harder to spot.

The Earth Sprite focuses on loot rather than combat. Its passive ability increases the chances of finding additional rare items every time you open a chest. Getting better loot early, especially in competitive matches, can have a huge impact on the rest of the game.

The Earth Sprite is particularly useful in ranked matches and tournaments where every advantage matters. Finding rare items more consistently means spending less time searching for upgrades here and there.

If you are a passive player, Water Sprite might be one of the most reliable options in the game for you. This Sprite replenishes the shield for you and your teammates whenever you are in water.

Since many parts of the map contain rivers, lakes, and coastal areas, this effect can be activated quite often. Considering this, you can get a free inventory slot to store something else instead of consumables, as you can get constant healing almost everywhere.

That concludes the list of best Sprites in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3.
