John Stones opened up about his pride and excitement following his transfer to Inter, expressing his eagerness to win again as he embarks on the first chapter of his career outside England.

In an exclusive interview with Inter’s official channels, the English defender shared his initial thoughts on the move, admitting that it stirred a mix of emotions.

“Honestly, there are so many feelings—an overwhelming sense of happiness and pride, combined with the excitement of starting this new chapter. And what a wonderful place this is!” he said.

After spending ten years at Manchester City, the 32-year-old revealed that moving abroad had been a long-held ambition, and both he and his family did not hesitate when the opportunity arose.

“I really want to win again. I’ve been fortunate to lift many trophies in the past, and I want to bring that experience here,” the defender emphasized.
