Barcelona’s central defender Ronald Araújo is set to fly to Liverpool tomorrow to finalize his transfer to the English club. All paperwork between Liverpool and Barcelona has already been signed, with only the medical examination remaining.
Liverpool will take Araújo on a one-year loan deal and will cover the Uruguayan’s full salary during this period.
The contract includes an option for Liverpool to make the transfer permanent at the end of the season, although this clause is not mandatory.
