Los Angeles Lakers defender Bronny James has secured a fully guaranteed contract worth $2.3 million for the 2026/27 season, according to insider Keith Smith.
Bronny James was selected by the Lakers in the 2024 NBA Draft. He made his league debut in the 2024/2025 season, becoming the first player in NBA history to play on the same team as his father, four-time NBA champion LeBron James.
It was previously announced that LeBron James would leave Los Angeles to continue his career with another team. Following his father’s decision, the Lakers chose not to exercise the option to waive Bronny, keeping him on the roster.
