Canadian national team star received a new $73 million contract from an NBA club

Phoenix Suns forward Dillon Brooks has reached an agreement with the club to extend his contract for three more years, worth $73 million.
Brooks has been with the Suns since last summer. Prior to that, he played for the Houston Rockets and Memphis Grizzlies.
In the 2025/26 season, the Canadian appeared in 58 games, averaging 20.1 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game. This marked the most productive season of his career.
