Champions League 2026/27 First Qualifying Round Draw Confirmed
The draw for the first qualifying round of the 2026/27 UEFA Champions League has officially taken place in Nyon, Switzerland. A total of 28 teams entering at this stage were paired into 14 two-legged ties as they begin their journey toward the league phase of Europe’s premier club competition.
Notably, Ukrainian champions Shakhtar Donetsk will not participate in the qualification rounds this season. Thanks to their strong UEFA club coefficient, Shakhtar secured direct entry into the Champions League league phase.
