Chelsea to Assess Mudryk’s Fitness Before Deciding Loan Plans
According to information from TaToTake, Chelsea currently has no plans to loan out winger Mykhailo Mudryk. The player rejoined his team in Hong Kong for the first time since his doping ban was lifted and is now preparing for the upcoming season with the London club.
It is reported that Chelsea’s coach Javi Alonso and the club’s management will decide on the 25-year-old’s future only after assessing his physical condition and match readiness. It is worth recalling that Mudryk last played an official match back in November 2024.
“At the moment, Chelsea does not have an objective evaluation of his condition and capabilities,” a TaToTake source commented on the situation. “The coach emphasized that all options remain open, but first they need to see the player in action. All rumors circulating in the media about clubs interested in loaning Mykhailo and negotiating with Chelsea are fake. Turkey, Belgium, and the French club Strasbourg—none of these options are currently on the table.”
It should be added that Mudryk’s doping suspension was lifted on July 31.
