Fabrizio Romano reports that Como is set to finalize the transfer of Trevo Chalobah from Chelsea in the coming days. The club will pay a fee of 30 million euros for the central defender.

Initially, Como offered 25 million euros plus 2 million in bonuses. Chelsea rejected this proposal, insisting on a total of 30 million euros plus 5 million in bonuses.

The 27-year-old Englishman is a product of Chelsea’s academy. He has featured in 117 Premier League matches, scoring 10 goals. However, he has fallen out of favor with the coaching staff led by Xabi Alonso.
