Former Juventus striker Dušan Vlahović is firmly prioritizing a move to Barcelona above all other options, which has led to a somewhat ambiguous approach in his transfer negotiations.
While Turkish clubs are considered the main contenders for the 26-year-old Serbian forward, Vlahović is reluctant to play in the Turkish league. As a result, he is demanding an unrealistically high salary that potential suitors are unlikely to meet. However, according to well-known journalist Gerard Romero, Vlahović has very different expectations for Barcelona — he is willing to accept a significantly lower wage from the Catalan club because he is fully satisfied with all the sporting aspects of joining them.
Vlahović spent four and a half years representing Juventus. Following the conclusion of the 2025/26 season, he became a free agent.
