Bayern forward Harry Kane has praised his attacking partner Michael Olise for his outstanding performances this season. Both players are considered contenders for the Ballon d’Or this year.
“He has started the season incredibly well. Even last year, I thought he was a fantastic player. He performed excellently at the World Cup and has maintained a high level since then. I believe that with his age and mindset, he will continue to improve. The players around him motivate him, and of course, the coach does too. He’s in a great environment for growth and further development. Since the start of the season, he has raised his game significantly.
We need him because he is an important player for us. It was great to see his smile after scoring his first hat-trick. I think he was proud of that—and rightly so. I really enjoy playing alongside Michael, and I also value him as a person. We get along very well off the pitch,” Kane expressed in support of his teammate.
Olise netted a hat-trick in the match against Union, which ended in a resounding 7-0 victory.
