Vinicius Negotiates Contract Extension with Real Madrid Over Signing Bonus Demand

British journalists have uncovered the true reason behind the stalled contract extension talks between Real Madrid and Vinicius. Beyond seeking a higher salary, the Brazilian winger is also demanding a signing bonus.

This request has been met with resistance at Real Madrid, where the club struggles to understand why a current player would require a signing bonus.

Vinicius’s agents justify their stance by pointing out that acquiring a replacement for the Brazilian would cost significantly more than the amount Real Madrid is being asked to pay to retain him.

Both parties remain firmly entrenched in their positions. Vinicius is in no rush to finalize an agreement, leveraging the possibility of signing with a new club as a free agent in January as a powerful negotiating tool.

It is worth noting that Arsenal has already begun preparations for a potential signing of Vinicius.
