Monaco is taking another legal step in its fight to secure a place in the French championship for the next season.
The club announced that it has filed an appeal with the National Olympic and Sports Committee of the country following the recent ruling by the Appeals Committee of the French Basketball Federation.
The French champions are seeking a review of their chances to participate in the domestic championship for the 2026-2027 season.
According to the current decision, they are barred from competing in both the top division and the second tier.
