The Washington Wizards are not interested in trading Anthony Davis during the offseason.
There had been rumors that the Golden State Warriors were considering acquiring the big man to improve their chances of signing LeBron James.
Last season, Davis played only 20 games for Dallas due to injuries. In February, he joined the Washington club, but the Wizards’ management sidelined him to allow recovery from groin and arm injuries.
Washington is ranked among the top seven teams by bookmakers as potential destinations for LeBron. The Wizards currently have Davis, Trae Young, the 2026 first overall draft pick AJ Dybantsa, and a young core of players.
