Following Benfica’s 2-0 away victory over AC Milan in the UEFA Europa League, Marko Silva, the Lisbon club’s head coach, offered praise for goalkeeper Anatoliy Trubin, a player he had been critical of earlier in the season.
“This is the kind of work any serious professional must deliver. Despite previous dissatisfaction, Trubin has worked hard and performed well, stepping up as a leader when needed,” Silva stated during the post-match press conference.
