The Ukrainian Premier League has announced its Player of the Week for the opening round. As is customary, the selection was made in collaboration with leading analysts, commentators from UPL.TV, and representatives from Ukraine’s top sports media outlets.

The honor of Player of the Week was unanimously awarded to Kawan Elias, the Shakhtar forward who scored a hat-trick in the match against Kudrovka. Out of 31 experts, 22 placed him at the top of their ballots.

The top five rankings also featured Vladislav Veleten (Polissya), Alison (Shakhtar), Yan Kostenko (Karpaty), and Joaquin Cifuentes (Epicenter).
