Trabzonspor continues to consider the possibility of signing Ukrainian forward Vladyslav Vanat. Following the completion of their major deal involving Mohamed Salah, the Turkish club is now refocusing its efforts on the “Ukrainian project.”
Previous contacts between the parties have taken place but failed to yield significant progress. According to Trabzonspor Haber 61, the club plans to make another attempt to reach an agreement in the near future.
The 24-year-old Girona striker fits the profile desired by head coach Fatih Tekke: a productive, dynamic forward who contributes effectively to the team’s overall play. Inside the club, it is noted that the transfer conditions have become considerably more favorable for the “claret and blues.” Girona has begun to soften its demands regarding the transfer fee, while Vanat himself has grown more receptive to the idea of moving to Turkey. Earlier, the Ukrainian was skeptical about the Super Lig, but the lack of offers from Europe’s top leagues has prompted him to reconsider his stance on Trabzonspor, according to the press.
