Dynamo’s head coach Igor Kostiuk does not expect an easy outing in today’s Conference League clash against Qarabag, but he is approaching the match with a fighting spirit.
“Qarabag is a tough opponent; they competed in the Champions League last season. At the same time, we trust in our own abilities, we are analyzing and improving. We will do everything in our power to advance,” Kostiuk said during the pre-match press conference.
He emphasized the importance of learning from mistakes following their defeat to PAOK:
“For me, it’s crucial to draw conclusions after the match against PAOK and see how the team responds to errors and corrects them. Mistakes are inevitable in football, but what matters is how players react and fix them. We will keep improving from game to game. That is our job. The team’s progress depends on its ability to respond properly to feedback and avoid repeating old mistakes.”
