Yaremchuk Secures Olympiacos’ 2-1 Europa League Win Over Jagiellonia
Ukrainian forward Roman Yaremchuk played a pivotal role in Greek club Olympiacos’ opening match of the 2026-27 UEFA Europa League group stage against Polish side Jagiellonia.
Yaremchuk entered the game in the 62nd minute with the score level at 1-1, following goals from Shmyt and Aristides Gonzalez. He then scored the decisive goal in the 84th minute, securing a 2-1 victory for Olympiacos and earning the team their first points of the tournament.
