Boston Celtics have secured a contract with 24-year-old defender Devin Carter.
Carter was selected as the 13th overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft lottery. He spent the past two seasons with the Sacramento Kings. In the last campaign, Carter averaged 8.9 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 2.7 assists per game.
The Miami Heat were also in contention to sign the free agent Carter.
