Several NBA teams have shown interest in forward Ben Simmons and are prepared to offer him a training camp contract, insider Mark Jay Spears reports.
The 2016 first overall draft pick missed the entire previous season due to a decline in his market value and last appeared in the NBA during the 2024/25 season with the Los Angeles Clippers.
Simmons acknowledges that he can only expect a minimum contract. He plans to train at the Australian national team’s summer camp to regain his fitness.
