Lorenzo Brown, the 35-year-old player for Milan, has hinted that he plans to continue playing for at least another two years.
“I want to play for at least two more years. Two, and if I’m lucky, maybe three,” he stated.
He also addressed the void that professional athletes often experience after retiring from their careers.
“I think I’ll be fine,” he added.
Brown mentioned that he has given basketball everything he had, and when the time comes to retire, his goal will be to “end my career with dignity.”
Brown was selected 52nd overall in the 2013 NBA Draft by the Minnesota Timberwolves. During his NBA career, he played for Philadelphia, Phoenix, and Toronto.
For the past seven seasons, he has competed with EuroLeague clubs. He was named to the first symbolic team in 2023 and the second symbolic team in 2024. As a member of the Spanish national team, he won EuroBasket 2022.
