The Oklahoma City Thunder are reportedly open to trading their center Chet Holmgren in the future, according to The Athletic.
Holmgren is set to begin a five-year contract worth $239 million starting next season. However, the Thunder have doubts about whether the 24-year-old justifies such a significant investment, even though he is not currently available for trade.
Last NBA season, Holmgren averaged 10.7 points and 7.1 rebounds per game. He also struggled defensively against San Antonio Spurs center Victor Wembanyama during the Western Conference Finals.
