Real has emerged as the frontrunner to sign ASVEL defender Armoni Brooks.
The French club secured Brooks at the start of the offseason, agreeing to a one-year contract worth €2.3 million. However, the Lyon-based team has been unable to confirm a €59 million budget, leading to the departure of several players.
Valencia has also shown serious interest in Brooks, while Maccabi, Crvena Zvezda, and Partizan have been monitoring the situation closely. According to MARCA, Crvena Zvezda has withdrawn from the race for the defender.
Brooks spent the last two seasons with Milan, where he earned both the Serie A MVP award and the MVP of the final during the 2025/26 campaign.
