Real Madrid has announced the signing of French center Olivier Sarr on a two-year contract.
Sarr spent the past four years in the NBA. During the 2025/26 season, he averaged 3.5 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 1.3 assists while playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
The 27-year-old Olivier is the older brother of Washington Wizards center Alex Sarr, who was the second overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft. However, Olivier has not achieved the same level of success in the NBA as his younger brother.
