Lithuania national team coach Rimas Kurtinaitis has outlined his squad’s objectives for the upcoming fixtures.
“First and foremost, we need to secure victories. Our goal is to win every match in order to build a winning mentality. Such a mindset develops only through consistent success. We want to minimize the number of games we play because we don’t want to expose ourselves to unnecessary risks ahead of crucial matches.
The aim isn’t simply to beat Ukraine. We need to compete, win, and improve through these matches so that when we face official competitions, we can perform at our highest level,” he stated.
