Real Madrid‘s center, Walter Tavares, was named the MVP of the inaugural EuroLeague Super Cup, according to the tournament’s official website.
Real Madrid clinched the EuroLeague Super Cup title in Abu Dhabi by defeating Olympiacos 93-89 in the final and overcoming Dubai 98-95 in overtime during the semifinals.
In the decisive final, Tavares contributed 6 points and 7 rebounds, posting a plus-minus rating of +14. Earlier, in the semifinal, he delivered an impressive performance with 20 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 steals, achieving an efficiency rating of 22.
