Croatian coach Ivan Jurić is set to become the new head coach of Italian club Monza. Earlier today, his contract with Atalanta was officially terminated, making him a free agent.
Jurić had already reached an agreement with Monza, allowing him to secure the new position immediately.
Interestingly, Monza returned to Serie A this year after earning promotion but decided to part ways with their former head coach Paolo Bianco, who has since taken up a role at Pisa.
Jurić comes into Monza following a series of unsuccessful stints, including his time at Atalanta, which he left last November, although contractual details had kept him linked to the club until now.
