Barcelona star Lamine Yamal has voiced his frustration over the bias he and Kylian Mbappé face. He pointed out that people always find reasons to criticize them.

“If Kylian Mbappé and I didn’t respond to the press, people would be upset about why we say nothing.

They ask us to be honest, but when we are sincere, we get criticized,” the Barcelona leader explained.

It’s worth recalling that both Mbappé and Yamal faced a wave of backlash after comments regarding the Ballon d’Or. Mbappé declared himself the best player in the world, while Yamal took away the glory of victory in the final from Ferran Torres.
