Marc Cucurella has officially completed his move to Real Madrid after the club reached an agreement with Chelsea for his transfer.
The Spanish defender has signed a six-year contract with Real Madrid, keeping him at the club until June 30, 2032.
Earlier reports indicated that the transfer fee would amount to €55 million, with an additional €5 million in potential add-ons.
Atlético Madrid and his former club, Barcelona, were also reportedly interested in signing the left-back.
Cucurella, who is currently with the Spain national football team at the FIFA World Cup, had been with Chelsea since 2022. During his time in England, he made 163 appearances for the club and scored nine goals.
