Rafinha has arrived in Barcelona to undergo medical examinations after being sidelined with swelling in his right thigh. The Brazilian forward left the national team’s training camp in Australia following the injury.

The striker flew out on Thursday from Australia, where he had been with the Brazil national team during the international break. The thigh issue prevented him from completing Brazil’s second friendly match.

Now, all eyes are on the medical tests scheduled for Friday, according to club sources, which will clarify the exact severity of the injury. Optimism prevails at Barcelona, with confidence that the problem is limited to swelling.

Rafinha had started in both of Brazil’s friendly matches during this international window.
