Real Madrid has reached an agreement with Leipzig for the transfer of Jan Diomande. The deal for the 19-year-old Ivorian winger is set to become the most expensive in the history of the Spanish club.
According to reports, the guaranteed transfer fee will amount to 125 million euros, with bonuses potentially raising the total to 140 million. The forward, who was previously pursued by Paris Saint-Germain, has chosen to join the Madrid side.
Currently, the player is with the German team during their training camp in Austria, awaiting the final clearance to travel to Spain. Following his arrival, Diomande will undergo a medical examination. Last season, the forward scored 13 goals and provided 10 assists across 36 appearances.
