Trabzonspor is finalizing negotiations to sign Egyptian star Mohamed Salah. The player is expected to join the club as a free agent.
According to the Turkish newspaper “61 Saat,” talks between the two parties have reached an advanced stage. Trabzonspor’s management is now awaiting Salah’s final decision before officially completing the contract signing.
Reports indicate that Salah’s initial demand was to receive part of his salary in advance. The Turkish club has agreed to this condition.
If no issues arise, the newspaper explained, a private jet will be sent to Greece on Wednesday to transport the Egyptian national team captain to Istanbul. From there, he will proceed to Trabzon to finalize all necessary relocation formalities.
Trabzonspor’s management is also preparing a special reception for the player upon his arrival, should the deal be completed.
