Shakhtar Donetsk has secured the future of Mohamadu Kante by signing a new five-year contract, extending their partnership until June 30, 2031.
Kante joined the Shakhtar Academy in 2024 and featured prominently for Shakhtar U19 during the 2025/26 season, helping the team clinch the championship title.
In addition to his team success, Kante distinguished himself as the top scorer in the U19 National League, netting 28 goals in 28 appearances. This remarkable tally surpassed the previous single-season record held by Matvey Ponomarenko.
