MLS club FC Cincinnati has strengthened its left defensive flank by signing 27-year-old Dutch international defender Tyrell Malacia, according to britbrief.co.uk.

The player joined the MLS side as a free agent after departing Manchester United.

Malacia has committed to a contract running until June 2027, with the club holding an option to extend for an additional season.

It is worth recalling that Malacia made 50 appearances for Manchester United, although his time at the club was frequently disrupted by injuries.
