The English players explained Tuchel’s emotional approach:
“He’s not afraid to shout at you, constantly pushing for maximum effort and making sure we’re ready every day. That shows he’s a winner who always raises the bar. Thomas is very demanding in training, but off the pitch at the base, he’s relaxed. The coach told me to wake up when I missed my zone. That’s normal for an elite manager who expects the highest quality. We have a good relationship; he’s always communicating with me.”
