According to sources from Basketball Sphere, Bosna is currently in talks to rejoin the EuroCup for the first time since the 2007/08 season, taking advantage of the financial difficulties threatening to push Monaco out of the competition.
This summer, Bosna underwent significant changes, including the departure of Dubravko Barbaric from the club. Meanwhile, Nihad Selimovic was appointed as the new president of the Sarajevo-based club’s board.
The club has maintained a relatively low-profile transfer strategy and even withdrew from the FIBA Cup competition. However, Bosna is now prepared to consider entering the EuroCup once again. To strengthen their squad, they are ready to sign several players with solid experience.
Basketball Sphere reports that a final decision is expected within the next few days.
