Chicago Bulls and Charlotte Hornets have completed a trade. The Bulls acquired Buddy Hield along with cash considerations, while the Hornets received Rob Dillingham.
This marks the second trade involving Buddy Hield in the past five days. Previously, Atlanta Hawks and Charlotte swapped assets, sending Hield from Atlanta to the North Carolina-based team.
Hield is an excellent shooter, boasting a 39.5% career three-point shooting percentage on an average of 7.3 attempts per game. This move will make the Hornets the seventh NBA team Hield has played for over his 11-season career.
Rob Dillingham was selected eighth overall in the 2024 NBA Draft, but he has yet to fulfill his potential over two seasons. In 114 games, Dillingham has averaged 5.5 points and 3.1 assists while playing about 13 minutes per game.
