French forward Nicolas Batum has officially announced his retirement from professional basketball at the age of 37.
Batum spent the last 18 years competing in the NBA. In the most recent season, he appeared in 74 games for the Los Angeles Clippers, averaging 4 points and 2.5 rebounds per game.
Representing the French national team, Batum earned two Olympic silver medals (2020, 2024), bronze medals at the World Championships (2014, 2019), and a gold medal at EuroBasket 2013.
