Deportivo’s midfielder Marc Casado has undergone surgery for a fractured clavicle. The player, on loan from Barcelona, sustained the injury during Sunday’s match against Betis.
Casado was forced to leave the pitch in the first half due to the injury.
“Marc Casado underwent surgery at HM Modelo Hospital in La Coruña, performed by orthopedic surgeon Rafael Arrias, to treat a fracture of his right clavicle. His recovery progress will determine when he can return to competition,” the club stated.
