Golden State is open to bringing forward Kevin Durant back to the team following the collapse of the LeBron James transfer.
Meanwhile, Houston Rockets are not currently entertaining offers for Durant, who was also a trade target for the Detroit Pistons.
Golden State plans to strengthen their roster regardless. The club has shown interest in free agent DeMar DeRozan, as well as Orlando Magic players Paolo Banchero and Franz Wagner. Additionally, they aim to sign Kelly Olynyk, Brandon Williams, Gabe Vincent, and Gary Payton on minimum contracts.
