A significant portion of the club’s income comes from home game days. Around $245 million is attributed to ticket sales, parking, concessions, premium seating, and suites. One of the Lakers’ main financial advantages remains their local television deal with Spectrum SportsNet, which brings in $180 million annually.
For comparison, each NBA team will receive about $144 million from the league’s new national agreement with ESPN, NBC, and Amazon, plus roughly $32 million from other league-wide revenues. This means total payments to each team will be around $176 million—less than what the Lakers earn solely from their local TV rights.
