Dubai, a EuroLeague club, has loaned out basketball player Simonas Lukosius for one year to Unicaja following his signing.
The 24-year-old German with Lithuanian roots earned the MVP award at the Final Four of the 2025/26 Basketball Champions League.
During the Champions League campaign, Lukosius averaged 8.3 points per game, shooting an impressive 51.6% from beyond the arc and making 2.1 three-pointers per match. He also contributed an average of 3.0 rebounds and 1.0 assists.
Throughout his career, Lukosius has competed in the NCAA, for the German club Bonn, and the Lithuanian team Rytas.
