Phoenix Suns’ Dillon Brooks Charged with DUI, Court Date Set for October

Dillon Brooks, forward for the Phoenix Suns, has been charged with driving under the influence following his arrest in March 2026 in Scottsdale, Arizona. The court hearing is scheduled for October 28.
Brooks acknowledges the charges against him. His legal representative stated, “Dillon Brooks respects the judicial process and intends to allow the case to proceed through the courts. Since the matter is under review, neither Mr. Brooks nor his attorney Larry Kazan will provide further comments at this time.”
The 30-year-old was taken into custody on March 6 at approximately 01:00 local time after being stopped by police. Following the investigation, he was booked and later released on bail around 03:30. At the time of his arrest, Brooks was recovering from a fracture in his left arm.
