“Three years in Portugal. It’s hard to believe how much can change in three years. What began as a new country, a new club, and a completely new experience has gradually become a significant part of my life. Today, Benfica and Lisbon are not just a club and a city I once arrived in. I am grateful to everyone who has been by my side over these three years and helped me feel at home. And there is still much ahead,” Trubin wrote.
Given the numerous reports about his potential departure from the club, this message might be seen as a veiled farewell. However, the closing words could also be interpreted as a sign that his journey with Benfica is far from over.
