Venezuelan midfielder Andrus Araujo of Kryvbas spoke with the club’s press service about the team’s readiness for their first summer training camp.
“The team has returned from vacation feeling very satisfied, happy, and motivated to work,” Araujo said. “It was important for us to spend these days off with our families, who are our main support and motivation. They help us come back with a positive mindset and eagerness to get back to training.”
Reflecting on the first session back, he added, “The initial training always has its challenges. We need to readjust to the work rhythm and physical demands. After nearly twenty days without full training, it’s not easy, but we’re doing our best to quickly get back into the groove and give everything for what lies ahead.”
When asked about the team’s goals for the upcoming season, Araujo stated, “Our mentality and ambitions remain unchanged. We want to compete for European competition spots, be among the league leaders, and set the highest targets. We must always strive to win and push ourselves further. We have high expectations for this season and look to the future with optimism.”
To the fans, he sent a heartfelt message: “I want to address our supporters—stay with us always, remain united, and keep backing Kryvbas. I’m confident that many good things lie ahead. From our side, we will do everything possible and give our all for you.”
