Benfica May Reconsider Anatoliy Trubin’s Transfer Price for Juventus
Portuguese outlet A BOLA reports that the future of Anatoliy Trubin at Benfica remains uncertain, but recent developments seem to be pushing the Lisbon club towards transferring the goalkeeper to Juventus.
According to the publication, Juventus has renewed its interest in the Ukrainian shot-stopper following a failed attempt to secure Suzuki on loan.
Earlier this summer, the Turin side had already approached Benfica regarding Trubin, but the asking price of around 30 million euros led them to back away from the deal.
However, changes have taken place not only within Juventus but also in Trubin‘s role at Benfica. The 25-year-old has lost his starting spot to Samuel Soares in the last three matches and even posted a farewell letter to the club.
It appears that the mutual interest in a transfer from all three parties – Juventus, Benfica, and Trubin himself – could finally lead to a successful outcome.
