Fabrizio Romano reports that AC Milan forward Christopher Nkunku is edging closer to a move to RB Leipzig. The former club is planning to take the striker on loan.

The French forward is surplus to requirements for Ruben Amorim this season and is actively seeking a new club.

Milan is prepared to loan out Nkunku until the end of the season. Preliminary talks have already taken place between the player’s representatives and the German club. Nkunku left RB Leipzig in 2023 to move to England.

During his time with the German side, Nkunku scored 45 goals in 119 appearances.
