A peculiar incident unfolded during the UEFA Nations League match between North Macedonia and Scotland in Skopje. Shortly after Kyron Bowie’s goal put the visitors ahead, an unexpected visitor dashed onto the pitch.

The dog slipped past the stewards with ease and sprinted across the field, forcing the referee to temporarily halt the game. The uninvited guest was gently escorted off the pitch, allowing the 22 players to resume the match. However, even this unusual interruption and the added pause failed to boost the home side’s momentum, as the Balkan team went into halftime trailing by a single goal.
