According to the latest reports from Italy, Dušan Vlahović is on the verge of finalizing a full agreement to join Beşiktaş. The player has been available as a free agent since early July following the expiration of his contract with Juventus.
Vlahović, who transferred to Juventus for €70 million plus bonuses, was the highest-paid player in Serie A. The Turin club spent much of last season attempting to negotiate a contract extension with the striker at a reduced salary, but no agreement was reached.
Former Fiorentina head coach Vincenzo Italiano recently took charge of Beşiktaş and is keen on reuniting with Dušan. Reports indicate that Vlahović is close to signing a three-year deal that will keep him at the club until the summer of 2029.
The Serbian forward is set to earn a guaranteed salary of €8 million per year, excluding bonuses. Additionally, the free agent is expected to receive a substantial signing bonus, potentially around €20 million.
It is worth noting that Vlahović earned approximately €12 million in salary during the final year of his Juventus contract in the 2025/26 season.
