Ukrainian journalist and commentator Viktor Vatsko revealed on his YouTube channel the release clause for Dynamo Kyiv striker Matviy Ponomarenko in his new contract with the club. According to the source, the clause is set at 50 million euros.
“Ultimately, this creates a clear win-win situation for all parties involved: Dynamo has secured protection over one of its most promising football assets, while the player has received an improved personal contract,” Vatsko explained.
It is worth noting that the top scorer of last season’s Ukrainian Premier League has attracted interest from numerous European clubs this summer.
